Finsol ("האתר", "אנחנו") הוא ממשק ושותף עצמאי של שירות החלפת המטבעות FixedFloat. האתר אינו מחזיק, אינו שומר ואינו מנהל את כספי המשתמשים בשום שלב. כל פעולות ההחלפה מבוצעות בפועל על-ידי FixedFloat ובכפוף לכללים ולתנאי השימוש שלהם.

2. הסכמה לתנאים

יצירת הזמנה באתר מהווה אישור והסכמה לכללי FixedFloat, וכן לתקנון ולמדיניות הפרטיות שבעמוד זה. אם אינך מסכים לתנאים אלה — אין לעשות שימוש בשירות.

3. אופי השירות

• השירות אינו משמורתי (non-custodial): הכספים נשלחים ישירות לכתובת הארנק שאתה מזין.
• השער המוצג עשוי להיות קבוע או צף, בהתאם לבחירתך בעת יצירת ההזמנה.
• זמני העיבוד תלויים באישורי הרשת של המטבעות ואינם בשליטת האתר.

4. אחריות המשתמש

• באחריותך לוודא את תקינות כתובת הארנק והרשת. עסקאות קריפטו אינן הפיכות.
• השימוש בשירות מותר רק היכן שהדבר חוקי, ובכפוף לכל דין החל עליך.
• חל איסור להשתמש בשירות למטרות הלבנת הון, מימון טרור, הונאה או כל פעילות בלתי-חוקית. אנו ו-FixedFloat שומרים על הזכות לעכב או לסרב לטיפול בהזמנות חשודות.

5. סיכון וכתב ויתור

מסחר ושימוש במטבעות קריפטוגרפיים כרוכים בסיכון, לרבות תנודתיות מחירים. אין לראות באמור באתר ייעוץ השקעות, ייעוץ פיננסי, משפטי או מס. השירות ניתן "כפי שהוא" (AS-IS) ללא אחריות מכל סוג.

6. שינויים

אנו רשאים לעדכן תקנון ומדיניות זו מעת לעת. המשך השימוש בשירות לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה לגרסה המעודכנת.

7. מידע שאנו אוספים

בעת יצירת הזמנה אנו אוספים ושומרים מידע טכני בסיסי, הנדרש לצורך עמידה בדרישות שותף ה-API של FixedFloat ולמניעת הונאות:

• כתובת ה-IP שממנה בוצעה ההזמנה;
• סוג הדפדפן והמכשיר (User-Agent);
• רשימת שפות הדפדפן (כותרת Accept-Language);
• פרטי ההזמנה: מטבעות, סכומים, מזהה הזמנה, חותמת זמן ומדינה משוערת לפי ה-IP.

איננו דורשים הרשמה, חשבון, אימייל או אימות זהות (KYC) לצורך השימוש באתר.

8. מטרת השימוש במידע

המידע משמש לתפעול השירות, למניעת שימוש לרעה והונאה, ולעמידה בדרישות והתחייבויות מול FixedFloat במסגרת תוכנית השותפים.

9. שמירת מידע ושיתופו

• אנו שומרים את המידע האמור לתקופה של 12 חודשים לפחות ממועד ביצוע ההזמנה.
• אנו מסוגלים לאחזר ולמסור מידע על משתמשים שביצעו הזמנה לפי בקשה של FixedFloat, בכפוף לדין.
• איננו מוכרים מידע אישי לצדדים שלישיים.

10. עוגיות ואחסון מקומי

האתר עושה שימוש באחסון מקומי בדפדפן (localStorage) לשמירת העדפות בלבד, כגון שפת הממשק. איננו משתמשים בעוגיות מעקב פרסומי.

Finsol ("the site", "we") is an independent partner interface for the FixedFloat cryptocurrency exchange service. The site never holds, stores, or controls user funds at any stage. All exchange operations are performed by FixedFloat and are subject to their rules and terms of service.

2. Agreement to terms

Creating an order on the site confirms your agreement with the FixedFloat rules, as well as the terms and privacy policy on this page. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Nature of the service

• The service is non-custodial: funds are sent directly to the wallet address you provide.
• The displayed rate may be fixed or floating, depending on your choice when creating the order.
• Processing times depend on network confirmations and are outside the site's control.

4. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for verifying the wallet address and network. Crypto transactions are irreversible.
• Use of the service is permitted only where lawful and subject to all applicable law.
• Use for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any illegal activity is prohibited. We and FixedFloat reserve the right to delay or refuse suspicious orders.

5. Risk & disclaimer

Trading and using cryptocurrencies involves risk, including price volatility. Nothing on this site constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. The service is provided "AS-IS" without warranty of any kind.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and policy from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

7. Information we collect

When you create an order, we collect and store basic technical information required to comply with FixedFloat's API partner requirements and to prevent fraud:

• the IP address from which the order was made;
• browser and device type (User-Agent);
• the browser language list (Accept-Language header);
• order details: currencies, amounts, order ID, timestamp, and approximate country from the IP.

We do not require registration, an account, email, or identity verification (KYC) to use the site.

8. Purpose of use

This information is used to operate the service, prevent abuse and fraud, and meet our obligations to FixedFloat under their affiliate program.

9. Data retention & sharing

• We retain this information for at least 12 months from the date of the order.
• We are able to retrieve and provide information about users who made an order upon FixedFloat's request, subject to applicable law.
• We do not sell personal information to third parties.

10. Cookies & local storage

The site uses browser local storage (localStorage) for preferences only, such as the interface language. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
